Cancel within 90 days from installation for free pickup in serviceable areas and full refund to the original payment method after accessory/condition check; damage or missing items may reduce refund.
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if requested before shipment; refund initiation within 3–5 working days.
Returns are not accepted except DOA within 7 days; service issues are handled via warranty/free service; refunds for DOA are processed after engineer verification.
