You may cancel the service within 90 days from the installation date for free pickup in serviceable areas. A full refund of the security deposit will be issued to the original payment method, after deducting ₹1,000 as installation charges, subject to accessory and condition verification. Any damage or missing items may result in a reduced refund.
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if requested before shipment; refund initiation within 3–5 working days.
Returns are not accepted except DOA within 7 days; service issues are handled via warranty/free service; refunds for DOA are processed after engineer verification.
